Medical Consultant
For patients accustomed to conventional medicine, Dr. Erica Lehman offers a different proposition: medicine that begins before disease becomes the defining issue.
Dr. Lehman brings more than 25 years of clinical experience and a rigorous academic foundation. She completed Northwestern University’s accelerated Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME), earning her MD from the Feinberg School of Medicine, followed by an Internal Medicine internship at USC, an Ophthalmology residency at the University of Chicago, and a two-year surgical fellowship in Cornea, Refractive and Anterior Segment Surgery at LSU. Her career has also included clinical research and collaboration with leading academic institutions, including Stanford University, contributing to the advancement of patient-centered, evidence-based care.
At Bio Molecular, Dr. Lehman brings that background to a functional and preventive model of medicine. Rather than viewing symptoms, diagnoses or laboratory results in isolation, her approach considers the broader biological picture—from immune and metabolic function to inflammation, environmental factors, lifestyle and the complex contributors that can influence long-term health.
Her work has been particularly focused on patients with complex and chronic conditions, including Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses—individuals who often arrive after navigating multiple specialists in search of a more comprehensive perspective.
At Bio Molecular, that philosophy becomes part of a larger longevity strategy: advanced diagnostics, physician-led medicine and individualized programs designed not simply to respond to illness, but to identify vulnerabilities earlier and preserve health over time.
