Dr. Lehman is a physician with over 25 years of clinical experience in leading medical centers across the United States. She completed her education at Northwestern University through the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) — an accelerated six-year track that combines undergraduate and medical training — and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Feinberg School of Medicine.
Following her studies, Dr. Lehman completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC) and a residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Chicago. She went on to pursue a two-year surgical fellowship in Cornea, Refractive, and Anterior Segment Surgery at Louisiana State University (LSU), where she participated in both clinical and laboratory research, including the FDA Excimer Laser Trials.

He also represents clients in raising capital, joint ventures and structuring complex transactions as well as advising management groups, board of directors and investors in developing and executing their business strategies.
Over the course of his career, Karl-Heinz has worked on over 250 mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. These transactions include asset and equity acquisitions, initial seed financing, and private equity financings, ranging from several million dollars to more than five hundred million dollars.
